1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (U.S. Only)
We offer reliable and fast domestic shipping across the United States:

4. Shipping Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Rodeo Roots Outfit Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to modify your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If you believe your package is missing:

6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express services.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
We will arrange a replacement or provide further instructions.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once the fulfillment process has started.
