1. What is your processing time?
Our team processes all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. How long does shipping take?
We ship across the United States using trusted carriers.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Priority Express: 1–2 business days
Delivery time does not include processing time.
3. Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once your order enters the fulfillment stage, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.
5. What if my package is lost or stolen?
If the carrier marks your package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:

Contact the carrier directly
If you still need help, reach out to our support team and we will assist you as best as possible.
6. What is your return & refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If you need help with a return, please contact us with your order number.
7. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or offer additional solutions.
8. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
International shipping will be available soon.

10. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you need a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
11. Do your products run true to size?
Most of our boots and apparel run true to standard U.S. sizing.
If a product has special fit notes, we will include them on the product page.
12. How do I care for my boots and apparel?
To maintain durability and appearance:
